Lesara collects, manages, processes or uses ("used") your personal data within the ordering processes, which end in a purchase, exclusively in line with the German and European data protection laws. You can visit Lesara's page, without revealing any information about yourself. Unless you are logged in with your username and password - you basically remain anonymous. Personal information you voluntarily provide when you place an order with Lesara,  for example,  subscription to a newsletter, creating an account or use of other similar features. Lesara uses your personal data for the contractual processing of your order as well as any subsequent warranty or complaints processing for customer services, advertising or marketing purposes by the company (e.g. birthday emails). Passing on of your personal data by Lesara is only used in the context of execution of services by contract service providers (shippers, shipping carriers, logisticians, banks), which in turn on Lesara's side are bound by the confidential treatment of this data.

If Lesara requires the use of your data for a certain purpose where it needs your consent in accordance with your statutory rights, Lesara will ask you for your explicit consent. When you give your consent, you can, of course, revoke it at any time or disagree with the use of your data at Lesara.

Your personal information will be cleared once the necessary information to fulfill the purpose of your order has been completed and retention is no longer necessary or if storage for other legal reasons is inadmissible. To send a newsletter, Lesara uses the so-called double opt-in method. In this way Lesara would like to send you current information about products on offer that you may like or interest you based on your past purchases. In this case, Lesara adheres strictly to the legal requirements.

If you do at all wish to receive product recommendations or advertising messages from Lesara, you can revoke this at any time without incurring anything other than basic  transmission costs. Written notification is sufficient, for example, via email, fax or letter. Of course, you will also find an unsubscribe link in each e-mail.


1.5 Your customised advertising

Lesara acquires a lot of information based on your visits and past purchases, this helps Lesara to continually improve your shopping experience, making it even more customer-friendly and individually customised. Information submitted by you as well as auto-generated information is used tailor advertising to your interests and needs. Lesara's goal is to make advertising useful and interesting to you, rather than randomly send you advertising. To this end, you will receive more interesting advertising in the form of newsletters, product referral emails or letters/mailings. As part of  Lesara competitions, Lesara uses your personally identifiable information in order to notify you of wins and promotional offers. You can see from the terms and conditions detailed information about the individual competition. 

Lesara uses your data for market and opinion research. Of course, in this case, the data will be used anonymously and for statistical purposes and only used by Lesara. If you should want to share your answers in polls, Lesara will not pass them on or publish them to a third party. 6. Use of Google AdWords Conversion-Tracking

This website uses the online advertising programme "Google AdWords" as part of the Google AdWords Conversion Tracking.
