Our mission is to provide our customers not only a diverse range of products, but also the best service possible. A fast and easy return process, is therefore a must. If you are not satisfied with your Top Deals, you have the right to return them any time within 30 days of receiving your order.
The return period begins once all the articles from the same order have arrived. You have 30 days after the complete delivery of all items in your order, to return any product you may need to. Please wait until you have received your full order before you return.
Note: In addition to the 30-day return period, you are entitled to a legal right of revocation for 14 days. Find further information on the Right of Revocation here.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return any item by following these simple steps:

The product does not match your expectations? Just send it back and order another one of your choice after you have checked online for available colours, types or sizes.
We take over the return costs for most countries. Free returns are not applicable in all countries we deliver to, so please refer to the table below and note the return costs that may apply to your respective country:
Returns using the return label (included in the parcel or on your account), are free for an order value of EUR 60 and above. Please wait until you have received all the items in your order before you return.
The return period of 30 days starts only when your full order has been delivered.
For order values of less than EUR 60, returns made using the return label are at no extra cost. The return cost is equal to the shipping cost (already paid) and will be deducted from your reimbursement.
Note: Reimbursed Amount = (Product Price + Shipping Cost) - Return Cost
Refunds are made via the means of payment originally used:
An exception applies only in the case of expired credit cards.
In that case, just send us the bank details (IBAN and BIC/SWIFT) of an alternative account, using the Contact Form or just call us.
Once we have received and checked your returns, you will receive a refund. The processing of your refund can take up to 13 working days, from the date of return.
In case of a credit card payment, the refund can take up to 30 days from the date you receive your email confirmation of refund. This period depends entirely on the card provider and does not usually take 30 days.
If you happen to receive damaged products, please get in touch with us using the Contact Form. Select the relevant concern/reason from the dropdown and attach a photograph of the damage.
Please provide us your order no. as well and explain briefly what the damage/defect is. We'll get back to you as soon as possible with potential solutions.
