We at Lesara offer our customers a wide range of great products as well as first class service. This includes a fast and simple returns policy. If you are not satisfied with the items you have received, you can always return them to us within 30 days of receipt.
The Lesara returns policy is simple. If you would like to send any goods back that you have received from us, then please use the Lesara returns form and label enclosed in your delivery. Clearly fill out the returns form noting the value of your returned item(s) as well as the reason for the return. You can refer to the Lesara reason for returns chart with the corresponding code enclosed with your returns form.

After you have filled out the returns form, you then need to pack the corresponding item(s) into the original packaging carton they were delivered to you in. Do not forget to include the Lesara returns form with the item(s) you want to return. Finally, seal the package securely, remove the original label completely and stick the new returns label onto it. Please make sure that the label is clear and legible.
If you are missing the returns form or you cannot find it, this shouldn't be a problem.You can request a new returns form online via your customer account at any time. You can find and request a new form by clicking on the menu option „My orders“ then select „Order details“ followed by „Returns form“. After you have printed the returns form out, your returns request can be processed.
The period of revocation/cancellation begins following the receipt of the last item of your order and lasts for a period of 30 days. In your own interests, please refrain from partial returns, as you will end up bearing the the resulting return costs.
Once we have received and checked your return, you will receive a refund. This usually takes up to 7 business days to complete. In the case of a refund to a credit card, the refund may take up to 30 days to complete. Lesara offers the following refund options:
A refund through other means of payment is not possible, unless your credit card has expired. In this case, we need your bank details (IBAN and BIC/SWIFT) to refund the amount into your bank account.
