Can I cancel an order that has already been placed? Cancellations are possible within a limited period of time directly after your order has been placed. Please contact us immediately using our Contact Form or call us. We'll be happy to help!
Has your order already been processed? Can you now only return it once it's there? Find all relevant information here.
Note: Please note that cancellations cannot be reverted. If you should change your mind after the cancellation and decide to get the product, please order it once again on our website.

Once you have placed the order, the article is reserved for you. You will then receive an email confirmation with your order number. You can view and track the status of your order at all times under „My Orders“ in your customer account.
When you are tracking the status of your order, you will see that we are either ‘processing’ your order or it is marked ‘complete’. ‘Complete’ indicates that your order has been shipped, but you may not have received it yet. That may require some more time.
