Where is my parcel?
To track your parcel, please refer to the website of your respective country's postal carrier. You can find a table of each country's courier service below:
- Soon after your order leaves our premises, you will receive an email from us, with a parcel tracking number that allows you to track your package.
- This number can also be found in your customer account under My Orders.

How long does delivery take?
The time that you will recieve your order will depend on the products you have ordered. The estimated delivery time of your order will be shown clearly in the last step before you place your final order. After you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation that contains information on the number of working days in which your order will be delivered to you.
The estimated delivery time can also be seen when you select your desired products.
When you have multiple items in your cart
When you have multiple items in your cart with different delivery times, the delivery of your parcel depends on the item with the longest delivery time.
In a few exceptional cases, partial deliveries are made.
Before you finally place the order, the estimated delivery time is shown once again in the order overview under the selected products.
Of course you also have the option to view delivery dates for your order anytime under the My Orders section in your customer account and track when your parcel will be delivered.
Note that the delivery time specified is the number of "working" days required. Saturdays, Sundays & holidays are not included.

Please note: Dispatch to a service point is not possible.You can however get your parcel sent to an alternative shipping address that you may choose to provide before completing your order.
Alternative shipping address
To send your parcel to a shipping address that is different from your billing address, simply tick off the 'Ship to another address' box, when you are filling out your details while placing your order.
My parcel is missing, what happens now?
It’s very easy to check whether your delivery is delayed. The number of working days it should take for your order to be delivered, can be seen:
- In the order overview in your customer account under My Orders or
- In the order confirmation email that you'll receive.
Your parcel should have arrived a while ago?
Please get in touch with us using the Contact Form or call us. Please provide us with the Order No. & Parcel Tracking No., so we can help you right away. We will then track the whereabouts of your parcel for you and request for a detailed inquiry if required.
To which countries does Lesara deliver?
The website www.lesara.co.uk delivers to England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales. The European English website www.lesara.com delivers to 14 other European countries.
